As a result of investment in R&D &I (Research and Development and Innovation) and the collaboration with a research centre, as well as a detailed study of the demand of its customers, Hudisa announces the marketing of new berry concentrates. On this occasion they have launched the 21 Brix and 27 Brix Concentrated Raspberry Puree, the 65 Brix Concentrated Clarified Raspberry, the 30 Brix Concentrated Blueberry Puree and the 27 Brix Concentrated Blackberry Puree onto the market. With this expansion in the product line Hudisa is strengthening its commercial portfolio and continuing with its Research and Development policy for new products, as well as its clear focus on the customer.
