The Privacy Policy, in compliance with (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD-EU), forms part of the General Conditions that govern the Website www.hudisa.com, along with the Cookies Policy and Legal Notice.

HUDISA reserves the right to modify or adapt this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend it is reviewed each time the Website is accessed. In the event that a user has registered on the website and logs in to their account or profile, on accessing it they will be informed if there have been any substantial modifications in relation to the processing of their personal data.

These forms must be signed electronically or be accompanied by a photocopy of the ID document. If carried out by a representative, in addition they must be accompanied by their ID document or electronic signature.

The forms must be submitted in person to HUDISA’s address indicated above, or if applicable, sent by email.

You have the right to make a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you believe that your request for your rights has not been dealt with appropriately.

The maximum time period for HUDISA to resolve things is one month, counted from the effective receipt of your request by us.

3.3. What Data do we COLLECT on our Website?

3.3.1. Data stored due to the navigation and use of the Website

By virtue of navigating the Website, HUDISA will collect information relating to:

The information that we handle will not be related to a particular user and will be stored in our databases, in order to carry out statistical analysis and Website improvements on our products and/or services and will help us to improve our business strategy. 3.3.2. User registration on the Website

In order to access certain products and/or services it is essential that the user registers on the Website. To do this, a range of personal data is requested on the registration form. The essential data and requirements to allow the user to carry out the registration are marked with the * symbol. If these fields are not filled out the registration cannot be completed.

The user and password generated are personal and not transferable, and the user is responsible for their safekeeping. We do not recommend making a note of it anywhere nor giving it to third parties. Note that the system has the facility to reset the password which can be used as many times as necessary.

This personal data will be added to the HUDISA databases and will be kept in order to respond to your query and/or request for information and, after that, will be deleted within 3 years.

3.3.4. Working with us

If you provide us with your curriculum vitae, either through the Website, email or physically to HUDISA’s address or any outlet, it will be included in our database. The curriculum vitae will be stored for a period of 1 year, after which, if we have not been in contact with you it will be deleted.

The legal basis for the processing will be based on the express consent given by the applicant for the processing of the data contained in the curriculum vitae on submitting it and by ticking the box to that effect.

The purpose of the processing will be:

  1. To include it in current and future HUDISA selection processes.

In the event that the applicant is ultimately employed by HUDISA their data will be included in a database owned by the same in order to internally manage the employee-employer working relationship. In this regard, we refer you to the processing related to employee contracts, included below.

The option to subscribe to the HUDISA Newsletter is on the Website. To do this you must give us an email address which we will send it to.

This information will be stored in a HUDISA database on which the interested party will remain registered until they ask to be unsubscribed or, where applicable, HUDISA stops sending it.

The legal basis for the processing of these personal data is the express consent given by all those interested parties that subscribe to this service by ticking the box intended for this purpose.

Email data will only be processed and stored with the purpose of managing or sending the Newsletter to the users who have requested it.
